<p>When the term "academy" is mentioned, first thing that comes to mind usually a university. In other words, academia often associated with universities. From an institutional perspective, university autonomous educational institution where professionals who are important for social continuity trained, and new information needed advancement of civilization science produced through scientific research. Additionally, academicians respected by society study independently. As institution, holds place in has undertaken duties educating qualified needs society, conducting research promotes development science, enlightening individuals, serving society. Academicians have overtaken responsibility fulfilling university's educational, community service duties. fulfil their academic identity. Academic identity multidimensional comprehensive concept involves qualities features conduct studies based on methods should have. We can define as “<em>internalization attitudes behaviours academicians, making speeches explanations information, being able question events phenomenon, defending open-mindedness against dogmatism, prejudice</em>”.
